Quick and Easy Menu Ideas for Your Next Party

If you are throwing an impromptu get together, then you will need to put together a delicious menu that will be quick and easy. Here is a sample menu that all of your guests will enjoy!

Drinks

Mint pink lemonade- chop some mint leaves and let them infuse for at least four hours. Get a beautiful pink color by adding some strawberry or pomegranate juice.

Fresh cucumber or melon water- chop either cucumber or melon and let infuse in the water.

Décor tip- drinks can be served in old fashioned beverage dispensers or mason jars for a cool and classy look.

Dips

Edamame and basil dip with pita chips- gather some shelled edamame, olive oil, basil, and parmesan and add together in a food processor for an easy dip.

Pre-bought, fresh salsas can look homemade and with tortilla chips to add a flavorful punch.

Main Course

Either pulled pork or pulled chicken sliders- use a crock-pot and simmer for four hours with a base of sautéed onions, peppers and garlic. Add spices like cayenne, oregano, red pepper flakes, cumin and cinnamon. A dash of white wine, broth, tomato paste, honey, salt and pepper will bring the recipe all together!

Spicy purple coleslaw can be added to the sliders with a bit of onion and apple for texture and flavor.

Dessert

Make a beautiful bouget of fruits by using different varieties and placing them in a glass bowl. Add a little whip cream and adorn with some flowers.
